We hope you’re happy with your order, however, if you wish to return goods, you must contact us via email. Our returns policy lasts 14 days after the item has been delivered. Goods must be returned unused and unworn. All items are quality checked before shipping, therefore items that are returned damaged, used or stained cannot be refunded. You are responsible for the safe return of the goods, therefore, we recommend you use a trusted recorded delivery service and sufficient packaging. We will refund the item in full, however, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. We cannot be held responsible for any undelivered returns.

If in the unlikely event that the product is faulty or damaged, we will either replace the product or issue you a full refund. The customer is able to choose which option suits them best whether they receive a replacement or refund. However, this is dependent on the damage itself as stated above.

We will issue your refund once the item has been returned to our studio in its original condition. Please allow up to 10-15 days for a full refund. We will contact you if there are any problems or delays with services.
