Printed and made in the UK on 100% silk, the Felicity scarf is double-sided and has hand-rolled hems. This luxurious lightweight scarf is 130cm by 40cm in size.

All our scarves come packaged in a sustainably sourced luxury gift box made from recycled materials. Our gift boxes without a branded sticker are also compostable and biodegradable.

If you request a cancellation you must do so within 2 hours after purchase. Please contact us via email.

We hope you’re happy with your order, however, if you wish to return goods, you must contact us via email. Our returns policy lasts 14 days after the item has been delivered. Goods must be returned unused and unworn. All items are quality checked before shipping, therefore items that are returned damaged, used or stained cannot be refunded. All goods must be returned in their original manner in their gift box. However, if you are unable to use the postal box it arrived in please ensure you package the item with sufficient packaging, to avoid any damage. You are responsible for the safe return of the goods, therefore, we recommend you use a trusted recorded delivery service. We will refund the item in full, however, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. We cannot be held responsible for any undelivered returns.

If in the unlikely event that the product is faulty or damaged, we will either replace the product or issue you a full refund. The customer is able to choose which option suits them best whether they receive a replacement or refund. However, this is dependant on the damage itself as stated above.

We will issue your refund once the item has been returned to our studio in its original condition. Please allow up to 10-15 days for a full refund. We will contact you if there are any problems or delays with services.
We produce high quality printed fabrics. Weave irregularities and variations in the fibres are not considered as defects. Due to silk being a natural fibre, the characteristics of the fabric will also be natural and organic. Therefore slight shrinkage can sometimes occur. Although this minor effect is often avoided.
